Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Manage general ledger accounts, including month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance versus budget and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and improve financial processes.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors.
- Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions and accounts.
- Support the implementation of new accounting systems or process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Certification such as CPA or equivalent is a plus.
