Responsibility
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and file tax returns (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh 25/29, PPN) in compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records using Accurate software.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Conduct financial data analysis to support business decision-making and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a multinational company.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with Accurate accounting software or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
