Responsibility
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts within Bali’s hospitality sector, including hotels, restaurants, and premium venues.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase market share.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to foster long-term client loyalty and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the hospitality, F&B, or luxury goods industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with fluency in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
