Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with a diverse portfolio of corporate and individual clients.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business leads to expand our market presence in the West Region.
  • Analyze client requirements to provide customized vehicle rental solutions that meet specific business needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure high levels of client retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in a B2B or B2C sales environment, ideally within the automotive or service industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a dynamic pipeline.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid Class 3 driving license is highly advantageous.
