Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the food, beverage, and wellbeing industries, acting as their primary point of contact for Givaudanâs taste and wellbeing solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding client needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting the value of Givaudanâs solutions.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and industry developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive account management, upselling, and cross-selling of Givaudanâs portfolio of products and services.
- Represent Givaudan at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and foster long-term partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all client interactions and business dealings.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field. A masterâs degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the food, beverage, or flavor/fragrance industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of taste, flavor, and wellbeing trends, with the ability to translate consumer insights into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with fluency in English. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia and internationally as needed to meet client and business demands.
