Responsibility
- Lead and manage daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a high-performance retail environment.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, meet targets, and expand market share in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to foster long-term business growth.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, merchandising, and ensuring product availability to meet customer demand.
- Train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and in-store events that enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, account management, or retail management, preferably in the automotive or racing industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Experience in inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Passion for motorsports and knowledge of racing products and industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
