Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to expand NTC Integration’s market share.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations of IT solutions tailored to specific client challenges.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and achieve defined monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of IT solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability and long-term client retention.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging IT technologies to maintain a consultative edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or account management, specifically within the IT solutions or systems integration industry.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and enterprise software.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipelines and report progress.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
