Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential growth areas.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
