Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential growth areas.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
