Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the janitorial services market.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring terms align with company policies and client expectations.
- Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
- Address client concerns promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, and HR) to streamline service delivery and resolve issues.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, revenue growth, and client feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to position our services effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in account management, sales, or client services, preferably in the janitorial or facilities management industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as required for client meetings.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
