Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share within the food and flavor industry.
  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of B2B accounts to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and active prospecting.
  • Conduct product presentations and tastings to demonstrate the value of our flavor solutions.
  • Collaborate with the internal R&D and production teams to address specific client technical requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the food industry.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food, ingredients, or flavor industry.
  • Strong understanding of the food and beverage manufacturing supply chain in Indonesia.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in the field.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
