Are you a fashion enthusiast with a pulse on e-commerce trends? ByteDance is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our expanding Fashion team in the Philippines. In this role, you will be the bridge between our platform and top-tier womenswear brands, helping them scale their operations and thrive in the fast-paced digital marketplace.
As an Account Manager, you will work closely with sellers to optimize their store performance, enhance product discovery, and drive sales growth through data-backed strategies. You'll operate at the intersection of fashion and technology, ensuring that our users have access to the latest trends while helping merchants achieve their business objectives within the ByteDance ecosystem.
Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key fashion and womenswear marketplace sellers.
- Guide new merchants through the onboarding process, including store setup and platform navigation.
- Analyze store performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and GMV.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and seasonal promotional activities.
- Monitor competitive trends in the Philippine e-commerce landscape to advise sellers on stock and pricing strategy.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track growth targets and identify new scaling opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of merchant satisfaction by resolving operational issues and streamlining support workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, e-commerce, or the fashion retail industry.
- Deep understanding of the Philippines' e-commerce landscape and local consumer behavior in the womenswear segment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear business strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing key stakeholders and brand partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools is highly preferred.
