Responsibility

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing clients to ensure high retention and long-term satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal product teams to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and health checks to ensure our ERP solutions align with client business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for product upgrades, module add-ons, and professional services.
  • Provide training and onboarding support to key users to maximize product adoption.
  • Develop and execute account expansion strategies to increase revenue growth within your assigned territory.
  • Maintain detailed account documentation and pipeline reporting in the company CRM.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales, preferably in the ERP or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how ERP software integrates into daily operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively in a fast-paced environment.
