Responsibility
- Drive sales performance and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet regional growth targets.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with regional partners and retail stakeholders to ensure brand alignment.
- Formulate and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand Coach's market footprint in SEA.
- Analyze regional market trends and consumer behavior to provide actionable insights for product assortment and visual merchandising.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle processes, from seasonal launch planning to inventory optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and regional management, to ensure operational excellence.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts for senior management reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in account management, wholesale sales, or business development, preferably within the luxury or fashion retail industry.
- Deep understanding of the Southeast Asian retail market landscape and distribution channels.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive, high-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and retail management software (SAP or similar ERP systems).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural, collaborative work environment and willingness to travel as required.
