Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Conduct client needs assessments and propose customized pest control solutions to meet their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to remain competitive.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities to enhance skills and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about building long-term client relationships.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
