Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their logistics needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the client portfolio.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, customer service) to ensure seamless execution of logistics services.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, contracts, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to position Fast as Falcon Logistics Inc. as a leader in the industry.
  • Resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
