Responsibility
- Manage full sets of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis for construction and property development projects.
- Ensure accurate and timely tax filings, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate income tax.
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor project costs, variances, and financial performance.
- Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls to mitigate risks.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Support senior management with financial insights and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting for junior roles; 5+ years for senior positions, preferably in construction or property development.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
