Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts in the Bali region.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities for Laba Boxâs laundry solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the laundry and business services sector.
- Represent Laba Box at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
- Familiarity with the laundry or service industry is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
