Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and payroll transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to budget, forecast, and monitor financial performance against targets.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in tax preparation, filings, and liaising with external auditors or tax advisors as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
