Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate income tax.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies to facilitate audits and compliance checks.
- Support the finance team in strategic initiatives, such as cost optimization and process automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
