Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and expense reports.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Streamline accounting processes and implement best practices for efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow, reconcile accounts, and identify discrepancies for resolution.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High ethical standards and attention to detail in financial data management.
