Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability and alignment with company policies.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the industrial or B2B sector.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
