Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability and alignment with company policies.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the industrial or B2B sector.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
