Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the Bali market.
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to position House of I.T as a market leader.
- Travel across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) to meet clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 2+ years in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a hunter mentality.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with IT products/services is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Residency or legal work permit in Indonesia is preferred.
