Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial data and provide insights for budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and tax filings.
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce risks.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as required.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in the agriculture or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
