Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with PSAK and tax regulations.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business growth.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate audits and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). Advanced Excel skills are required.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience in the retail, technology, or consumer goods industry is highly desirable.
