Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate monthly financial reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Handle tax calculations, including monthly and annual tax filings (SPT Tahunan) for the company.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
