Responsibility
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue booking, vendor management, and on-site execution.
- Develop and present proposals, contracts, and budgets to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality event delivery.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to meet client expectations.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project details.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or event coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Familiarity with the events industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
