Based in the vibrant business hubs of Denpasar or Badung, you will lead a dynamic team to identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s market share in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including distributors, manufacturers, and retailers in the health and wellness industry.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the herbal extract market.
- Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A background in Pharmacy or Herbal Medicine is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the health, wellness, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a sales team.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the herbal extract market, including knowledge of product applications and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
