Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts in your assigned territory.
- Execute sales strategies to ensure product availability, visibility, and market penetration.
- Monitor competitor activities and report market trends to the sales management team.
- Manage inventory levels and replenishment schedules to prevent stockouts at the retail level.
- Implement trade marketing programs and promotions in-store to boost consumer demand.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and distribution targets.
- Ensure compliance with company standards regarding product display and brand representation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior sales or internship experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
- Willingness to conduct field-based work and travel within Misamis Oriental.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (or willingness to obtain one).
