Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with assigned retail accounts in Misamis Occidental.
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly volume and revenue targets.
- Ensure optimal product visibility and shelf space within retail outlets through effective merchandising.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to provide actionable insights to the sales team.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate timely product deliveries to ensure zero out-of-stock situations.
- Conduct regular sales visits and provide consultation to partners on product assortment and promotions.
- Collect and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for account growth and process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales and career growth are highly encouraged to apply.
