Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential retail customers.
- Execute brand visibility initiatives, including shelf placement, merchandising, and promotional setups.
- Monitor inventory levels and process orders efficiently to prevent out-of-stock scenarios.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and distribution targets within the assigned territory.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to suggest actionable sales improvements.
- Ensure all company equipment, such as coolers and displays, are maintained and utilized correctly.
- Prepare regular sales reports and feedback summaries for management review.
Qualifications
- Recent graduates of any four-year business, marketing, or related degree program are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- High level of integrity, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (Misamis Occidental/Zamboanga Sibugay area).
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office: Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in field sales or student leadership roles is a plus but not required.
