Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Support the finance team in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to aid strategic decision-making.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Assist with payroll processing, including verification of timesheets, calculation of deductions, and distribution of payments.
- Prepare and submit tax-related documents, including VAT, withholding tax, and other statutory filings, in coordination with external auditors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and provide insights for business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role (internships included).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred).
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and basic tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
