Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to aid decision-making.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and clients, using Mandarin Chinese for effective communication.
- Assist in tax filings, audits, and other regulatory compliance tasks as required.
- Prepare and present financial reports to management with clear and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal) with strong English communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role (internships included).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance is a plus.
