Responsibility
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation to ensure timely collections.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow analysis.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and clarifications as needed.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments to minimize bad debt risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, general accounting, or financial reporting (internships count).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
