Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Coordinate office operations, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments to employees and vendors.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and office supply management.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Support the finance team in budget tracking and financial reporting as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management review.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or accounting role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
