Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Coordinate office operations, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments to employees and vendors.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and office supply management.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Support the finance team in budget tracking and financial reporting as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management review.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or accounting role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial and administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is a plus.
