Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the electrical team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems within the palm oil mill.
- Ensure compliance with all electrical safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance system reliability.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement corrective actions to restore operations promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with mill operations seamlessly.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance, repairs, and inspections for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Train and mentor junior electrical staff to uphold high standards of technical proficiency and safety.
- Stay updated with advancements in electrical engineering and recommend upgrades to improve efficiency and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Certified A4 Chargeman with a valid license recognized by the Indonesian government.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical systems maintenance, preferably in a palm oil mill or similar industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of electrical technicians.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency electrical issues as needed.
