Responsibility
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for healthcare roles.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified professionals in the healthcare sector.
- Provide 1-on-1 mentorship to junior recruiters or trainees, sharing best practices and industry insights.
- Collaborate with healthcare clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools to streamline hiring workflows.
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top-tier healthcare talent.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and compliance requirements in healthcare recruitment.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and successes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (healthcare industry experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, or ATS software.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
