Responsibility
- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies for luxury hospitality properties across Bali, ensuring optimal revenue generation while maintaining market competitiveness
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including competitor benchmarking and demand forecasting, to identify pricing opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with promotional campaigns and distribution channel management
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy rates, providing actionable insights to senior management
- Create tailored pricing strategies for the Japanese market, considering cultural preferences, seasonal trends, and booking behaviors
- Manage inventory allocation across various distribution channels, including OTAs, direct bookings, and corporate contracts
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on revenue performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations for stakeholders
- Train and support property teams on revenue management best practices and the implementation of pricing strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in revenue management, yield management, or pricing strategy within the luxury hospitality industry
- Fluency in Japanese (business level) and English (professional proficiency) is mandatory
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies that drive revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto, or similar) and advanced Excel
- Experience working with property management systems (PMS) and channel managers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to changing market conditions
- Knowledge of Bali's hospitality market and Japanese travel trends is a strong advantage
