Responsibility
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to guests, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Set up and reset dining areas, adhering to luxury hospitality standards for cleanliness and aesthetics.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Participate in team briefings and training to stay updated on service protocols and new offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in fine dining, hotels, or upscale restaurants (preferred).
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Impeccable grooming and adherence to uniform standards.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and order management.
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and carry trays or equipment.
- Indonesian citizenship or valid work permit for Bali.
