Responsibility
- Maintain and update workforce availability records, training certifications, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in manifest and booking processes for field operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with HR and operations teams to track employee certifications and regulatory compliance.
- Support workforce scheduling and logistics to optimize operational efficiency.
- Generate reports on workforce metrics, training status, and compliance adherence.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for field personnel.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve workforce-related discrepancies or issues.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for workforce management systems.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of HR processes or workforce coordination is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
