Responsibility

- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions within our secure CRM system.
- Maintain high-performance standards, including customer satisfaction (CSAT) and first-contact resolution rates.
- Participate in regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and training updates to continuously improve skills.

Qualifications
