Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare patients and providers via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries related to healthcare services, appointments, billing, and insurance with accuracy and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring follow-through.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and streamline processes.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and stay current with industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of BPO experience, with a strong preference for candidates with healthcare account experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Empathetic and patient-centered approach to customer service.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare or customer service is a plus.
