Responsibility
- Develop, customize, and maintain high-performance WordPress websites for our e-commerce platform.
- Implement and optimize WooCommerce functionality to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to ensure visually appealing, responsive, and SEO-friendly web pages.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including plugin conflicts, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
- Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways to streamline checkout and order processing.
- Optimize website speed, scalability, and mobile responsiveness for better user engagement.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, plugins, and best practices to ensure our platform remains competitive.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a WordPress Developer, with a strong portfolio of e-commerce projects.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Hands-on experience with WooCommerce, custom themes, and plugin development.
- Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, Divi, or Beaver Builder is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and on-page optimization techniques.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
