Responsibility
- Manage and oversee third-party tower and fiber lease providers to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of leased assets, ensuring they meet operational and technical standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve any issues related to leased infrastructure.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the cost and efficiency of leased assets.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of leased sites to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and present reports on the status, performance, and financial aspects of leased assets.
- Negotiate and renew lease agreements with providers to secure favorable terms.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telecom infrastructure management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom infrastructure management, with a focus on leased assets.
- Strong understanding of tower and fiber lease agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
