Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Liaise between technical teams, clients, and stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and risk assessments.
- Monitor project progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint reviews) and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues proactively to senior management.
- Optimize resource allocation and workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in IT, software development, or digital transformation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in English and Indonesian.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
