Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive testing of websites, including functional, usability, compatibility, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
- Perform regression testing to verify fixes and ensure no new issues are introduced.
- Analyze website performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest QA trends, tools, and best practices to enhance testing processes.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of QA documentation and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Specialist, Tester, or similar role, preferably in web-based projects.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for debugging and testing purposes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively report issues and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
