Responsibility
- Provide day-to-day operational support for the IPB migration project, ensuring smooth transitions between legacy and new systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot BAU processes to identify and resolve issues promptly, minimizing downtime and business impact.
- Collaborate with project teams to document and implement process improvements for post-migration operations.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables.
- Generate and analyze reports to track migration progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in user training and change management initiatives to facilitate adoption of new systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices throughout the migration.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of BAU processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BAU support, IT operations, or business process analysis, preferably in a migration or transformation project.
- Strong understanding of business processes, IT systems, and data migration principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with financial or banking systems is a plus, given the IPB migration context.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
