Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of ICT developers to deliver high-quality digital solutions for educational platforms.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software applications and system integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ICT projects with organizational goals and user needs.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of all digital infrastructure and applications.
- Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance learning experiences and operational efficiency.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing innovative and sustainable solutions.
- Document processes, best practices, and system architectures for knowledge sharing and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficient in software development frameworks (e.g., .NET, Java, Python) and database management (SQL, NoSQL).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Familiarity with educational technology (EdTech) solutions is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to evolving technologies.
