Join Binajasa Sumber Sarana as a Field Operations Specialist in the vibrant regions of Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operational activities across multiple stations, with a strong focus on manpower monitoring, process optimization, and on-site coordination.
As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, troubleshooting field challenges, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency. Responsibility
- Monitor and oversee daily operational activities across assigned stations in Bali to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate and manage on-site manpower, including scheduling, deployment, and performance tracking.
- Conduct regular field inspections to identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Logistics, HR) to streamline workflows and resolve field-related issues.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on operational metrics, challenges, and improvements.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory protocols in all field operations.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new field staff to maintain high service standards.
- Proactively address client or stakeholder concerns related to field operations with timely solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field operations, logistics, or a related role, preferably in the ICT sector.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using operational management tools, MS Office, and reporting software.
- Familiarity with Bali’s regional geography and local operational challenges is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently across assigned locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
