Responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual equipment for events, conferences, and permanent setups.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with AV systems, including sound, lighting, and video displays.
- Collaborate with clients and event organizers to understand requirements and deliver seamless AV solutions.
- Conduct pre-event testing and quality checks to ensure flawless performance.
- Provide on-site technical support during events, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum satisfaction.
- Manage inventory of AV equipment, including setup, breakdown, and storage.
- Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and industry best practices.
- Document service reports, maintenance logs, and client feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an AV Technician or in a similar role, with hands-on knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair AV equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support event schedules.
- Certification in AV technologies (e.g., CTS, AVI-SPL) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physical stamina to lift and transport heavy equipment as needed.
- Familiarity with digital signal processing (DSP), mixing consoles, and projection systems.
- Willingness to relocate or travel within Bali as required.
