As a Data Migration Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) critical CRM data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with business requirements. Responsibility
- Design, develop, and execute data migration strategies for CRM systems in the B2B telecom sector.
- Extract, clean, and transform data from legacy systems to new CRM platforms with minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data mapping, validation rules, and migration timelines.
- Perform data profiling and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues, providing root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Document migration processes, including workflows, data dictionaries, and error logs.
- Monitor post-migration performance and address any discrepancies or data integrity issues.
- Stay updated with industry best practices in data migration, ETL tools, and CRM technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in data migration, ETL processes, or CRM system implementations.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and database management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) and telecom industry data.
- Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, SSIS) and scripting languages (Python, Perl).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a proactive mindset.
